Our construction is coming along. . . we now have our building permit, which means the real work can begin.  Kevin and his crew have made the ground floor level by using hydraulic jacks in the crawl space.  They have secured the joists with a beam.  Exciting stuff!!  It really is, considering that the old floor was up to three inches off in some spots.  

The other big thing is that they dug out the new crawl space for the addition.  It's pretty cool to see where the new walls will be!
